Al-A'alaa
The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Glorify the name of thy Guardian-Lord Most High, 1 Who hath created and then proportioned, 2 who determined and guided, 3 Who bringeth forth the pasturage, 4 then made it dry dark, flaky stubble, 5 We shall make you to recite (the Quran), so you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) shall not forget (it), 6 Except what Allah, may will, He knows what is apparent and what is hidden. 7 And We shall ease thy way unto the state of ease. 8 Therefore remind (men) in case the reminder profits (them). 9 He who fears will mind, 10 but the wretched will turn away from it. 11 and suffer the heat of the great fire 12 In which they will then neither die nor live. 13 He who purifies himself, 14 remembering his Lord's name and praying. 15 But rather you prefer the life of this world! 16 whereas the Hereafter is better and more enduring. 17 And this is in the Books of the earliest (Revelation),- 18 the Scriptures of Abraham and Moses. 19
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
