Now surely, unto Pharaoh's folk [too] came such warnings; 41 but they gave the lie to Our Signs, to all of them. Thereupon We seized them with the seizing of the Most Mighty, the Most Powerful. 42 Are your disbelievers better than those, or have ye some immunity in the scriptures? 43 Or they say, “We shall all take revenge as a group.” 44 Most certainly their gatherings shall be routed, and they will turn their backs. 45 Aye! the Hour is their appointed term, and the Hour shall be far more grievous and far more bitter. 46 The sinful ones will face the destructive torment of hell 47 On the Day when they are dragged on their faces into the Fire, (it will be said to them): 'Taste the touch of the Scorching' 48 Verily, We have created all things with Qadar (Divine Preordainments of all things before their creation, as written in the Book of Decrees Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz). 49 It takes only a single command from Us (to bring the Day of Judgment) and that can be achieved within the twinkling of an eye. 50 We did indeed destroy many like you. Is there, then, any who will heed? 51 And each and everything they have done is noted in (their) Records (of deeds). 52 Every matter, small and great, is on record. 53 The God-conscious will find themselves in gardens and rivers, 54 In a seat of truth (i.e. Paradise), near the Omnipotent King (Allah, the All-Blessed, the Most High, the Owner of Majesty and Honour). 55
