The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
When the earth is shaken with its appointed tremor. 1 And the earth throws out its burdens. 2 And man saith: what aileth her? 3 upon that day she shall tell her tidings 4 Because your Lord has inspired it. 5 On that day men will return towards their Lord, in different groups, in order to be shown their deeds. 6 So. he who has done an atom's weight of good shall see it 7 And whoever does an evil deed equal to the weight of the minutest particle, will see it. 8
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
