Al-Imraan 6 of 20
God said, "O Jesus, I shall take you to Me and will raise you up to Me and shall clear you [of the calumnies] of the disbelievers, and shall place those who follow you above those who deny the truth, until the Day of Judgement; then to Me shall all return and I will judge between you regarding your disputes. 55 Those who are infidels will surely receive severe punishment both in this world and the next; and none will they have to help (or save) them. 56 But those who believe and do righteous deeds, He will reward them in full. Allah does not love the unjust.' 57 This We recite to you of the communications and the wise reminder. 58 The similitude of Jesus before Allah is as that of Adam; He created him from dust, then said to him: "Be". And he was. 59 [This is] the truth from thy Sustainer; be not, then, among the doubters! 60 And whoso disputes with thee concerning him, after the knowledge that has come to thee, say: 'Come now, let us call our sons and your sons, our wives and your wives, our selves and your selves, then let us humbly pray and so lay God's curse upon the ones who lie.' 61 This is the true story (of Jesus). There is no Lord but God. It is God who is Majestic and All-wise. 62 If they turn away (remember) God knows the mischief-mongers. 63

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
