And certainly We have made strongholds in the heaven and We have made it fair seeming to the beholders. 16 And We have guarded it from every Satan damned. 17 Except the ones who listen on the sly, yet they are chased away by a shooting flame. 18 And the earth - We have spread it out wide, and placed on it mountains firm, and caused [life] of every kind to grow on it in a balanced manner, 19 and there appointed for you livelihood, and for those you provide not for. 20 With Us is the source of everything and We do not send it down except in a known quantity. 21 We send fertilizing winds, and then cause rain to descend from the sky, providing you abundant water to drink even though you could not have stored it up for yourselves. 22 And verily, it is We Who give life, and Who give death: it is We Who remain inheritors (after all else passes away). 23 And well do We know [the hearts and deeds of all human beings - both] those who lived before you and those who will come after you; 24 and, behold, it is thy Sustainer who will gather them all together [on Judgment Day]: verily, He is Wise, All-Knowing! 25
