Also mention in the Book (the story of) Moses: for he was specially chosen, and he was a messenger (and) a prophet. 51 We called him from the right side of Mount Sinai and drew him close for communication. 52 And with Our mercy We bestowed upon him his brother Haroon, a Prophet. 53 And make mention in the Scripture of Ishmael. Lo! he was a keeper of his promise, and he was a messenger (of Allah), a prophet. 54 And he enjoined on his family prayer and almsgiving, and was one in whom his Lord was well pleased. 55 And mention in the Book Idris; he was a true man, a Prophet. 56 And We raised him to a high station. 57 These were the Prophets from the offspring of Adam, from those who embarked with Noah and from the offspring of Abraham and Israel. God guided them and chose them for His favor. Whenever they would hear the revelations of the Beneficent God they would bow down in prostration with tears. ۩ 58 ۞ But after them there followed a posterity who missed prayers and followed after lusts soon, then, will they face Destruction,- 59 Excepting those who may repent and believe and work righteously; these shall enter the Garden and shall not be wronged at all 60 (They shall enter the) Gardens of Eden, which the Merciful has promised His worshipers in the Unseen. Indeed, His promise shall come. 61 There, they shall hear no idle talk, but only peace. And there they shall be given their provision at dawn and at the evening. 62 That is Paradise, which We give as inheritance to those of Our servants who were fearing of Allah. 63 (Muhammad), we (the angels) do not come to you without being commanded by your Lord to do so. To Him belongs all that is before us, behind us, and in between. Your Lord is not forgetful. 64 the Sustainer of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them! Worship, then, Him alone, and remain steadfast in His worship! Dost thou know any whose name is worthy to be mentioned side by side with His?" 65
