Say, (Muhammad), "Ask help from those whom you worship besides God. They do not possess an atom's weight in the heavens and the earth, have no share therein, nor will any of their idols be able to support them." 22 lntercession with Him profiteth not save the intercession of him whom He giveth leave. They hold their peace until when fright is taken off from their hearts, they say: What is it that your Lord hath said? They say: the very truth. And He is the Exalted, the Great. 23 ۞ Say: "Who gives you sustenance, from the heavens and the earth?" Say: "It is Allah; and certain it is that either we or ye are on right guidance or in manifest error!" 24 Say: 'You will not be questioned concerning our sins, neither shall we be questioned as to what you do.' 25 Say, "Our Lord will gather us all together and issue the true Judgment about our differences. He is the Best Judge and All-knowing." 26 Say: 'Show me those whom you joined with Him as associates; no, indeed; rather He is Allah, the Almighty, the Wise. 27 (O Prophet), We have not sent you forth but as a herald of good news and a warner for all mankind. But most people do not know. 28 and so they ask, "When is this promise [of resurrection and judgment] to be fulfilled? [Answer this, O you who believe in it,] if you are men of truth!" 29 Say: 'You are promised a Day. You can neither hold it back, nor can you hasten it by a single hour' 30
