The Rolling (Al-Takweer)
29 verses, revealed in Mecca after Thorns (Al-Masad) before The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
When the sunlight is rolled up. 1 and when the stars lose their light, 2 when the mountains shall be set in motion, 3 And when the pregnant she-camels shall be neglected; 4 And when the wild beasts shall be gathered together; 5 And when the seas are set on fire, 6 when the souls shall be coupled, 7 And when the girl-child who was buried alive is asked. 8 for what offence was she killed? 9 and when the scrolls of (men's) deeds shall be unfolded, 10 And when the heaven shall be stripped off and taken away from its place; 11 And when hell is further enflamed. 12 when Paradise is brought close: 13 A soul will [then] know what it has brought [with it]. 14 So, I call the receding stars to witness, 15 Those that run [their courses] and disappear - 16 by the night when it approaches 17 And the Dawn as it breathes away the darkness;- 18 truly this is the word of a noble Messenger 19 Endued with Power, with rank before the Lord of the Throne, 20 obeyed, moreover trusty. 21 Your companion is not one possessed: 22 he truly beheld him [the angel] on the clear horizon. 23 And he is not avid of the Unseen. 24 Nor is it the word of an evil spirit accursed. 25 Whither then will you go? 26 This is a reminder for all the peoples of the world, 27 For him among you who pleases to go straight. 28 However, you will not be able to choose anything unless God, Lord of the Universe wills it to be so. 29
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
