Al-A'alaa
The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 Who hath created, and further, given order and proportion; 2 And Who makes (things) according to a measure, then guides (them to their goal), 3 and who brings forth herbage, 4 Then maketh it to stubble dusky. 5 We shall make thee read (O Muhammad) so that thou shalt not forget 6 Except as Allah wills: For He knoweth what is manifest and what is hidden. 7 And We shall ease thy way unto the state of ease. 8 Therefore remind (men) in case the reminder profits (them). 9 Soon whoever fears will heed advice. 10 And the wretched shunneth it. 11 He will be cast into the Great Fire. 12 then he shall neither die therein, nor live. 13 He indeed hath attained bliss who hath cleansed himself, 14 And who remembereth the name of his Lord, and then prayeth. 15 Nay, you prefer the life of this world; 16 Whereas the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 And this is in the Books of the earliest (Revelation),- 18 The scriptures of Ibrahim and Musa. 19
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
