And assuredly unto the household of Fir'awn came the warning. 41 (They) belied all Our Signs, so We seized them with a Seizure of the All-Mighty, All-Capable to carry out what he Will (Omnipotent). 42 Are your unbelievers (of Makkah) any better than they? Or have you been granted any immunity in the Scriptures? 43 Do they say, "We shall be victorious because we are united?" 44 Soon will their multitude be put to flight, and they will show their backs. 45 But nay - the Last Hour is the time when they shall truly meet their fate; and that Last Hour will be most calamitous, and most bitter: 46 Verily, the Mujrimun (polytheists, disbelievers, sinners, criminals, etc.) are in error (in this world) and will burn (in the Hell-fire in the Hereafter). 47 On the day when they shall be dragged upon their faces into the fire; taste the touch of hell. 48 Verily, We have created all things with Qadar (Divine Preordainments of all things before their creation, as written in the Book of Decrees Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz). 49 And Our Order is but one word like the flashing of an eye. 50 And We have indeed destroyed your kind, so is there one who would ponder? 51 [They were truly guilty] because all [the evil] that they ever did had been [revealed to them as such] in the [ancient] books of [divine] wisdom; 52 And everything small and great is written down. 53 Verily the God-fearing will be in Gardens and among rivers. 54 in a secure abode, in the presence of the Powerful King. 55
