▼ 70 The Heights
Al-Ma'aarej 2 of 2
So what is [the matter] with those who disbelieve, hastening [from] before you, [O Muhammad], 36 in crowds, both on the right and on the left? 37 Does every one of them desire to enter the bountiful Paradise? 38 By no means! For they know very well out of what We have created them (The human being's naturally growing from a living germ, without discipline and good deeds will not result in virtue). 39 Now I do call to witness the Lord of all points in the East and the West that We can certainly- 40 to replace them with others better than them: nothing can prevent Us from doing this, 41 Therefore leave them alone to go on with the false discourses and to sport until they come face to face with that day of theirs with which they are threatened; 42 The Day whereon they shall come forth from the sepulchres hastily, as though they were to an altar hurrying. 43 With lowered eyes, disgrace overcoming them; this is the day, which they had been promised. 44
