The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

By (the horses) that charge snorting, 1 sparks of fire striking, 2 then raid by the dawn, 3 blazing a trail of dust, 4 and penetrate deep into a host. 5 Verily man is unto his Lord ungrateful. 6 And most surely he is a witness of that. 7 And verily, he is violent in the love of wealth. 8 ۞ Does he not know,- when that which is in the graves is scattered abroad 9 and that which is in the breasts is brought out -- 10 indeed, on that Day their Lord will be aware of them! 11

God the Almighty always says the truth.
