Al-Baqarah 5 of 40

Children of Israel, remember My blessing wherewith I blessed you, and fulfil My covenant and I shall fulfil your covenant; and have awe of Me. 40 Believe in that which I have [now] bestowed from on high, confirming the truth already in your possession, and be not foremost among those who deny its truth; and do not barter away My messages for a trifling gain; and of Me, of Me be conscious 41 And do not mix the truth with falsehood or conceal the truth while you know [it]. 42 Establish your prayers, pay the obligatory charity, and bow with those who bow. 43 ۞ Do you admonish others to do good and forget this yourselves? Yet you read the Book. Will you not then understand? 44 Help yourselves (in your affairs) with patience and prayer. It is a difficult task indeed, but not for the humble ones 45 Who know that they shall meet their Lord and that they shall return to Him. 46
