Al-Hijjr 4 of 6
The pious will live in gardens with streams 45 “Enter them with peace, in safety.” 46 And We have removed any resentments which were in their breasts – they are brothers, sitting face to face on thrones. 47 no fatigue there shall smite them, neither shall they ever be driven forth from there. 48 ۞ (Muhammad), tell My servants that I am All-forgiving and All-merciful 49 and [also,] that the suffering which I shall impose [on sinners] will indeed be a suffering most grievous. 50 Tell them about the guests of Abraham. 51 who came to him saying, "Peace be with you." Abraham said, "We are afraid of you". 52 They said, "Do not be afraid. We come to you with good news. You shall have a son who shall be endowed with great knowledge." 53 Said he: "Do you give me this glad tiding despite the fact that old age has overtaken me? Of what [strange thing,] then, are you giving me a tiding!" 54 They said: We bring thee good tidings in truth. So be not thou of the despairing. 55 He said, 'And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord, excepting those that are astray?' 56 He said: What is your business then, O apostles? 57 They said: Surely we are sent towards a guilty people, 58 Except Lut's followers: We will most surely deliver them all, 59 "Except his wife, who, We have ascertained, will be among those who will lag behind." 60

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
