It is He Who has created for you (the faculties of) hearing, sight, feeling and understanding: little thanks it is ye give! 78 It was He who scattered you on the earth, and before Him you shall be gathered. 79 It is He who gives you life and death, and His the alternation of night and day. Even then you do not understand, 80 Nay, but they said the like of what the ancients said. 81 They said, 'What, when we are dead and become dust and bones, shall we be indeed raised up? 82 “Indeed this promise was given to us and before us to our forefathers – this is nothing but stories of earlier people.” 83 Say: "To whom belong the earth and all beings therein? (say) if ye know!" 84 Thereupon they will say, “To Allah”; proclaim, “Therefore why do you not ponder?” 85 Say: 'Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, and of the Great Throne' 86 They will quickly say, "It is God." Say, "Will you not then have fear of Him?" 87 Say: 'In whose Hands is the Kingdom of all things, He protects, and none protects against Him, if you have knowledge' 88 They will say: Unto Allah (all that belongeth). Say: How then are ye bewitched? 89 In fact We have sent the truth to them, but they are liars. 90 Never did God take unto Himself any offspring, nor has there ever been any deity side by side with Him: [for, had there been any,] lo! each deity would surely have stood apart [from the others] in whatever it had created, and they would surely have [tried to] overcome one another! Limitless in His glory is God, [far] above anything that men may devise by way of definition, 91 Knower of the Invisible and the Visible! and Exalted be He over all that they ascribe as partners (unto Him)! 92
