See you not that We have sent the Shayatin (devils) against the disbelievers to push them to do evil. 83 Hence, be not in haste [to call down God's punishment] upon them: for We but number the number of their days. 84 On the Day whereon We shall gather the God-feaing unto the Compassionate as an embassy. 85 and We shall drive the guilty ones to Hell as a thirsty herd. 86 no one will be able to intercede for the others except those whom the Beneficent God has given authority. 87 And they say, "The Most Merciful has taken [for Himself] a son." 88 Certainly you have made an abominable assertion 89 It is such a monstrosity that heavens might well-nigh burst forth at it, the earth might be cleaved, and the mountains fall 90 because they have ascribed a son to the Merciful. 91 And it behoveth not the Compassionate that he should take a son. 92 there is none in the heavens or on the earth but shall return to the Merciful in utter submission, 93 He has counted them and exactly numbered all; 94 Everyone on the Day of Judgment will individually come into the presence of God. 95 On those who believe and work deeds of righteousness, will (Allah) Most Gracious bestow love. 96 So We have only made it easy in your tongue that you may give good news thereby to those who guard (against evil) and warn thereby a vehemently contentious people. 97 But how many (countless) generations before them have We destroyed? Canst thou find a single one of them (now) or hear (so much as) a whisper of them? 98
