Al-Rahman 2 of 3
Whatsoever is on it (the earth) will perish. 26 And there will remain the Face of your Lord, Owner of Majesty and Honor. 27 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 28 All in the heavens and the earth entreat Him for their needs; a new, mighty task engages Him each day. 29 Which of your Lord's laudable attributes will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 30 Jinn and mankind, We shall certainly settle your accounts. 31 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 32 O company of jinn and men, if ye have power to penetrate (all) regions of the heavens and the earth, then penetrate (them)! Ye will never penetrate them save with (Our) sanction. 33 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 34 There will be sent against you both, smokeless flames of fire and (molten) brass, and you will not be able to defend yourselves. 35 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 36 And when the heaven will split, it will appear like a rose painted red. 37 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord do you then deny? 38 On that Day there will be no need to ask either men or jinn about their sins. 39 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 40 The culprits will be recognised by their marks, and will be lain hold of by the forelocks and the feet. 41 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 42 This is hell, which the criminals deny. 43 Going round between it and boiling water fierce. 44 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 45

Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
