Q (Qaaf)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Qaf. By the glorious Koran! 1 Nay, they wonder that there has come to them a warner (Muhammad SAW) from among themselves. So the disbelievers say: "This is a strange thing! 2 that after we die and become dust, we shall be brought back to life again. This seems far from reality". 3 We know what the earth diminishes of them; with Us is a book recording. 4 But they denied the truth when it came to them, so they are in a state of confusion. 5 Have they not looked up to the heaven above them, in what wise We have constructed and bedecked it, and that therein is no rift? 6 And the earth - We have spread it wide, and set upon it mountains firm, and caused it to bring forth plants of all beauteous kinds, 7 A perception and an understanding, for every bondman who inclines. 8 And We send down from the cloud water abounding in good, then We cause to grow thereby gardens and the grain that is reaped, 9 And tall date-palms laden with clusters ranged. 10 As a provision for our bondmen; and therewith We have quickened a dead land. Even so will be the coming forth. 11 Cried lies before them the people of Noah and the men of Er-Rass, and Thamood, 12 And 'Ad, and Fir'aun (Pharaoh), and the brethren of Lout (Lot), 13 And the dwellers in the wood, and the people of Tubba; each one belied the apostles, wherefore fulfilled was My judgement. 14 Were We then weary with the first Creation, that they should be in confused doubt about a new Creation? 15
