And heaven -- We built it with might, and We extend it wide. 47 And We have spread out the (spacious) earth: How excellently We do spread out! 48 And of everything We have created pairs that you may be mindful. 49 Hasten ye then (at once) to Allah: I am from Him a Warner to you, clear and open! 50 And set not any other god along with Allah; lo! I am a plain warner unto you from Him. 51 Likewise, there came not an apostle unto those before them but they said: a magician or a madman! 52 Is this the legacy they have transmitted, one to another? Nay, they are themselves a people transgressing beyond bounds! 53 Turn, then, away from them, and thou shalt incur no blame; 54 And warn, for warning profiteth believers. 55 And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me. 56 I do not desire from them any sustenance and I do not desire that they should feed Me. 57 God is certainly the great provider, Lord of strength and power. 58 And verily, for those who do wrong, there is a portion of torment like to the evil portion of torment (which came for) their likes (of old), so let them not ask Me to hasten on! 59 Woe, then, to the Unbelievers, on account of that Day of theirs which they have been promised! 60
