Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Elephant (Al-Feel) before People (Al-Naas)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

Say thou; I seek refuge with the Lord of the daybreak. 1 "from the evil of aught that He has created, 2 from the evil of darkness when it gathers, 3 From the evil of sorceresses who blow incantations on knots, 4 And from the evil of the envier when he envieth. 5

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
