Al-Imraan 9 of 20
And recall what time Allah took a bond from the prophets saying whatever I vouchsafed unto you of Book and Wisdom, and, thereafter there cometh unto you an apostle confessing to that which is with you, ye shall surely believe in him and succour him. He said: assent ye, and take ye My burthen thereunto? They said: we assent. He said: then bear witness, and I am, with you among the witnesses. 81 Whosoever turns back after that, they are the transgressors. 82 Do they seek a religion other than the religion of God, when everything in the heavens and the earth has submitted to Him, willingly or unwillingly? To Him they shall all return. 83 Say thou: we believe in Allah and in that which is sent down unto us, and that which was sent down unto Ibrahim and Isma'il and Is-haq and Ya'qub and the tribes, and that which was vouchsafed unto Musa and 'Isa and other prophets from their Lord: we differentiate not between any of them, and unto Him we are submistive. 84 And whoever desires a religion other than Islam, it shall not be accepted from him, and in the hereafter he shall be one of the losers. 85 How shall Allah guide a people who disbelieved after their belief and after they bore witness that the Messenger (Muhammad SAW) is true and after clear proofs had come unto them? And Allah guides not the people who are Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doers). 86 What they will gain will be the condemnation of God, the angels, and all people, 87 They will abide therein. Their doom will not be lightened, neither will they be reprieved; 88 Except those who repent after that and amend, then surely Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. 89 Those who disbelieve, after having been believers and increase their disbelief, are lost and their repentance will not be accepted. 90 Those who reject faith and die in the state of rejection will not be saved, even if they offer as ransom enough gold to fill the entire earth. Painful punishment is in store for them and they will have no supporters. 91

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
