3/4 Hizb 18
< random >
O you who believe! obey Allah and His Apostle and do not turn back from Him while you hear. 20 And do not be like those who said, “We have heard”, whereas they do not hear. 21 ۞ Verily the vilest of beasts with Allah are the deaf and dumb who understand not. 22 And had Allah known in them any good He would surely have made them hearken; and even if He made them hear, they would surely turn away as backsliders. 23 Believers, obey God and the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life. Know that God stands between man and his heart, and you shall all be gathered in His presence. 24 And guard against the mischief that will not only bring punishment to the wrong-doers among you. Know well that Allah is severe in punishment. 25 And remember how He gave you shelter when you were few in number and considered weak in the land, ever fearing that the people would snatch you away; but He gave you refuge and supported you with His victory and provided you with goodness, so that you might give thanks. 26 O you who have believed, do not betray Allah and the Messenger or betray your trusts while you know [the consequence]. 27 And know that your possessions and your children are a test, and that with Allah is immense reward. 28
