The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
۞ GLORIFY THE NAME of your Lord, most high, 1 who created all things and gave them due proportions, 2 Who hath ordained laws. And granted guidance; 3 who brings forth the pastures, 4 Then makes it dried up, dust-colored. 5 We shall make you recite so that you will not forget, 6 Except what Allah should will. Indeed, He knows what is declared and what is hidden. 7 And We will ease you toward ease. 8 Therefore give admonition in case the admonition profits (the hearer). 9 He will heed who feareth, 10 but the reprobates will turn away 11 Who will enter the great Fire and made to taste its burning, 12 Then he neither dies in it, nor lives. 13 He who purifies himself, 14 And remembereth the name of his Lord, so prayeth, 15 But ye prefer the life of this world, 16 although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Indeed this is in the former scriptures. 18 The scriptures of Abraham and Moses. 19
