And when Musa said to his servant: I will not cease until I reach the junction of the two rivers or I will go on for years. 60 But when they reached the point where the two rivers meet, they forgot their fish, and it took its way into the sea, as if through a tunnel. 61 So when they had passed beyond it, [Moses] said to his boy, "Bring us our morning meal. We have certainly suffered in this, our journey, [much] fatigue." 62 He replied: "Sawest thou (what happened) when we betook ourselves to the rock? I did indeed forget (about) the Fish: none but Satan made me forget to tell (you) about it: it took its course through the sea in a marvellous way!" 63 He said: This is what we sought for; so they returned retracing their footsteps. 64 And they found a servant from among Our servants to whom we had given mercy from us and had taught him from Us a [certain] knowledge. 65 Moses said unto him: May I follow thee, to the end that thou mayst teach me right conduct of that which thou hast been taught? 66 (The other) said: "Verily thou wilt not be able to have patience with me!" 67 "How can you bear that which is beyond your comprehension?" 68 Moses said, "God willing, you will find me patient, and I will not disobey you in any thing." 69 He (Khidr) said: "Then, if you follow me, ask me not about anything till I myself mention it to you." 70
