Messengers, eat what is wholesome and do good deeds: I am well aware of what you do. 51 Your religion is one and I am your Lord. Have fear of Me". 52 But the people divided their religion among them into sects - each faction, in what it has, rejoicing. 53 Wherefore leave thou them in their bewilderment for a season. 54 What, do they think that We succour them with of wealth and children, 55 We are hastening to them of good things? Nay, they do not perceive. 56 Lo! those who go in awe for fear of their Lord. 57 who have full faith in the Signs of their Lord; 58 And those who join not anyone (in worship) as partners with their Lord; 59 And those who give that (their charity) which they give (and also do other good deeds) with their hearts full of fear (whether their alms and charities, etc., have been accepted or not), because they are sure to return to their Lord (for reckoning). 60 These people hasten to perform goodness, and it is they who shall reach it first. 61 We do not impose on any soul what is beyond its capacity. We have the Book which speaks the truth and no injustice will be done to it. 62 Nay, but their hearts are in perplexity as to this, and they have deeds besides that that they are doing. 63 until - after We shall have taken to task, through suffering, those from among them who [now] are lost in the pursuit of pleasures - they cry out in [belated] supplication. 64 We shall tell them, "Do not cry for help on this day; you will receive none from Us". 65 Indeed My Verses used to be recited to you, but you used to turn back on your heels (denying them, and with hatred to listen to them). 66 "In arrogance: talking nonsense about the (Qur'an), like one telling fables by night." 67 Have they not pondered over the word of God? Has something come to them that did not come to their forefathers? 68 Or is it that they did not recognize their Messenger (Muhammad SAW) so they deny him? 69 Do they say he is possessed? Rather he has brought them the truth, but most of them are averse to the truth. 70 And had the Truth followed their desires, then indeed the heavens and the earth and all those who are in them would be destroyed; in fact We brought to them a thing in which lay their repute, so they are turned away from their own repute. 71 Do you (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) ask any fee from them? So the reward of your Lord is the best; and He is the Best Provider of Sustenance. 72 And most surely you invite them to a right way. 73 but those who disbelieve in the Everlasting Life deviate from the Path. 74 ۞ If We took compassion on them and removed the affliction they are in, they would only wander lost in confusion. 75 Already We have seized them with the punishment, but they neither humbled themselves to their Lord, nor did they beseech Him, 76 Until when We open upon them a door of severe chastisement, lo! they are in despair at it. 77
