The Poets (Alshu'araa')

227 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah) before The Ant (Al-Naml)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

۞ Ta. Sin. Mim. 1 These are verses of the Book that makes (things) clear. 2 (O Muhammad), you will perhaps grieve yourself to death because these people do not believe. 3 If We will, We could send down to them from the heaven a sign, to which they would bend their necks in humility. 4 Never cometh there unto them a fresh reminder from the Beneficent One, but they turn away from it. 5 For they have already denied, but there will come to them the news of that which they used to ridicule. 6 Have they, then, never considered the earth - how much of every noble kind [of life] We have caused to grow thereon? 7 Surely, in this there is a sign yet most of them do not believe. 8 And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. 9
