Are you the harder to create or the heaven? He made it. 27 He lifted up its vault, and levelled it, 28 and He has made dark its night and brought forth its light of day. 29 And after that He spread the earth; 30 and has caused its waters to come out of it, and its pastures, 31 and firmly fixed in it mountains; 32 As provision for you and your grazing livestock. 33 When the great calamity comes, 34 The day on which man shall recollect what he strove after, 35 and Hell is there for all to see, 36 Then, for such as had transgressed all bounds, 37 and prefers the life of this world, 38 Then indeed, Hellfire will be [his] refuge. 39 However, those who had feared their Lord and restrained their souls from acting according to its desires. 40 shall dwell in Paradise. 41 THEY WILL ASK thee [O Prophet] about the Last Hour: "When will it come to pass?" 42 But how are you to know? 43 Its knowledge rests with your Lord. 44 You are only a warner to him who has a fear of it. 45 On the day that they see it, it will be as though they had not tarried but the latter part of a day or the early part of it. 46
