We have indeed set constellations in the heavens and have beautified them for the beholders, 16 And We have kept it guarded from every outcast devil. 17 Except him (devil) that gains hearing by stealing, he is pursued by a clear flaming fire. 18 And the earth We spread out, and placed therein firm mountains, and caused to grow therein all kinds of things in due proportion. 19 We have provided on it sustenance for you, and for those you cannot provide. 20 For, no single thing exists that does not have its source with Us; and nought do We bestow from on high unless it be in accordance with a measure well-defined. 21 And We have sent the fertilizing winds and sent down water from the sky and given you drink from it. And you are not its retainers. 22 And indeed it is We Who give life and it is We Who cause death, and We are the Inheritors. 23 We know the people who lived before you and those who will come into existence after you. 24 and, behold, it is thy Sustainer who will gather them all together [on Judgment Day]: verily, He is Wise, All-Knowing! 25
