We also favoured Moses and Aaron, 114 and We delivered them and their people from the great distress. 115 And We supported them so it was they who overcame. 116 And We gave them the explicit Scripture, 117 And We guided them both on the right way. 118 And We perpetuated (praise) to them among the later generations. 119 "Peace upon Moses and Aaron." 120 This is how We reward the virtuous. 121 Surely both of them were among Our believing servants. 122 And indeed Ilyas is one of the Noble Messengers. 123 When he said to his people: Do you not guard (against evil)? 124 Do you worship Ba`al and abandon the Best Creator. 125 Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your fathers of yore? 126 And they denied him, so indeed, they will be brought [for punishment], 127 Except the chosen servants of Allah. 128 And We perpetuated to him (praise) among the later generations. 129 Peace be on Elias. 130 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 131 He is truly among Our faithful devotees. 132 And lo! Lot verily was of those sent (to warn). 133 Wherefore We saved him and his entire family 134 except for an old woman who remained behind. 135 and then We utterly destroyed the others: 136 And indeed you pass over them in the morning. – 137 and at night. Will you then not understand? 138

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
