Did the news of Ibrahim’s honourable guests reach you (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him)? 24 When those [heavenly messengers] came unto him and bade him peace, he answered, "[And upon you be] peace!" - [saying to himself,] "They are strangers." 25 So he turned to his household and brought a fattened calf. 26 So he brought it near them. He said: What! will you not eat? 27 Then he conceived a fear of them. They said: fear not. And they gave him the tidings of a youth knowing. 28 So hearing his wife went forth shouting. She struck her face and exclaimed: “A barren old woman am I.” 29 They said: Even so saith thy Lord. Lo! He is the Wise, the Knower. 30 ۞ Abraham asked, "Messengers, what is your task?" 31 They replied, "We have been sent to a sinful people 32 To send down upon them stones of baked clay. 33 "Marked as from thy Lord for those who trespass beyond bounds." 34 We saved the believers among them, 35 for apart from one [single] house We did not find there any who had surrendered themselves to Us. 36 and We left therein a sign for those who fear a painful punishment. 37 And also in Moses, when We sent him unto Pharaoh, with a clear authority, 38 and he turned away in [the pride of] his power and said, "A sorcerer [is this Moses,] or a madman!" 39 So We seized him and his hosts, and We cast them into the sea, and he blameworthy. 40 And [you have the same message] in [what happened to the tribe of] Ad, when We let loose against them that life-destroying wind 41 It left nothing of what it came upon but that it made it like disintegrated ruins. 42 There is also a Sign for you in (the story of) Thamud. They were told: “Enjoy yourselves for a while.” 43 But they were insolent toward the command of their Lord, so the thunderbolt seized them while they were looking on. 44 and they were not able to stand upright, and were not helped. 45 (So had We destroyed) the people of Noah before them: They were surely a sinful people. 46

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
