3/4 Hizb 45
< random >
And Noah verily prayed unto Us, and gracious was the Hearer of his prayer 75 And We rescued him and his family from the great distress (i.e. drowning), 76 And his offspring! them We made the survivors. 77 and We left him thus to be remembered among later generations: 78 Peace be with Noah among all men in the worlds. 79 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 80 He was one of Our believing servants. 81 Then afterwards We drowned the rest. 82 ۞ And indeed, among his kind was Abraham, 83 Recall what time he came unto his Lord with a heart whole. 84 When he said to his father (paternal uncle) and his people, “What do you worship?” 85 Is it false deities that you want to serve rather than Allah? 86 What do you think of the Lord of the Worlds' 87 He then shot a glance at the stars. 88 Then said: Lo! I feel sick! 89 And they turned their backs and went away from him. 90 Thereupon he approached their gods stealthily and said, "What! You do not eat [of the offerings placed before you]? 91 “What is the matter with you, that you do not say anything?” 92 Then he turned upon them, striking them with his right hand, 93 So the people descended upon him. 94 He said: Worship ye that which ye yourselves do carve 95 when it is God who has created you and all your handiwork?" 96 They said, "Build him a furnace, and throw him into the blazing fire!" 97 But whereas they sought to do evil unto him, We [frustrated their designs, and thus] brought them low? 98 And he said, “Indeed I shall go to my Lord Who will guide me.” 99 (And he prayed:) "O Lord, grant me a righteous son." 100 So We gave him tidings of a gentle son. 101 And [one day,] when [the child] had become old enough to share in his [father's] endeavours, the latter said: "O my dear son! I have seen in a dream that I should sacrifice thee: consider, then, what would be thy view!" [Ishmael] answered: "O my father! Do as thou art bidden: thou wilt find me, if God so wills, among those who are patient in adversity!" 102 Then (remember) when they both submitted to Allah’s command, and Ibrahim lay his son facing downwards. (The knife did not hurt Ismail) 103 We called to him, "Abraham, 104 You have indeed shown the truth of the vision; surely thus do We reward the doers of good: 105 For this was obviously a trial- 106 And We ransomed him with a tremendous sacrifice, 107 And left (his hallowed memory) for posterity. 108 'Peace be upon Abraham!' 109 That is how We reward those who do good. 110 For he was one of our believing Servants. 111 And We gave him the glad tidings of Ishaq, a Herald of the Hidden, from among those who deserve Our proximity. 112 And We showered Our blessings on him and on Ishaq; and of their offspring are the doers of good, and (also) those who are clearly unjust to their own souls. 113

ColorfulQuran.com displays pages in one of three Arabic fonts. Each may appear with a one-third chance, adding more diversity to the already diverse colors. And the words remain unchanged forever. ColorfulQuran.com will have more beautiful fonts soon, God willing.
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
