۞ We said to Moses: "Travel by night with My creatures. You will surely be pursued." 52 And Pharaoh sent forth heralds to all the cities. 53 'These' they said, 'are a small band, 54 They are always harassing us. 55 seeing that we are, verily, a nation united, fully prepared against danger 56 and so we have [rightly] driven them out of [their] gardens and springs, 57 their treasures and their noble dwellings -- 58 As such we gave it to the Children of Israel. 59 Then they pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two groups saw each other, those with Moosa said, “They have caught us.” 61 Musa said: by no means; verily with me is my Lord; He shall guide me. 62 Then We inspired to Moses, "Strike with your staff the sea," and it parted, and each portion was like a great towering mountain. 63 Then brought We near the others to that place. 64 And We saved Moosa and all those with him. 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Surely, in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe. 67 And yet, verily, thy Sustainer - He alone - is almighty, a dispenser of grace! 68
