Al-Rahman 2 of 3
Everyone upon the earth will perish, 26 yet still abides the Face of thy Lord, majestic, splendid. 27 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 28 Everyone in the heavens and the earth depends on Him. His task in preserving His creation is continuous. 29 Which of your Lord's laudable attributes will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 30 Soon We shall attend to you -- two big groups [of jinn and mankind]. 31 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 32 Jinn and mankind, if you can penetrate the diameters of the heavens and the earth, do so, but you cannot do so without power and authority. 33 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 34 Let loose at you will be smokeless flames of fire so that you will not be able to defend yourselves. 35 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord do you then deny? 36 And when the heaven is rent asunder, and then becomes red like red hide. 37 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 38 On that Day, neither human nor jinn shall be asked about his sin. 39 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 40 The guilty shall be recognized by their marks, so they shall be seized by the forelocks and the feet. 41 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 42 (The guilty ones will be told), "This is hell which the sinful ones denied". 43 they shall go round between it, and between a hot, boiling water. 44 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 45

Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
