Al-Takweer
The Rolling (Al-Takweer)
29 verses, revealed in Mecca after Thorns (Al-Masad) before The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
When the sun (with its spacious light) is folded up; 1 when the stars are thrown down, 2 and when the mountains are made to vanish, 3 When the she-camels, ten months with young, are left untended; 4 and when all beasts are gathered together, 5 When the oceans surge and swell, 6 when the souls are divided into different classes, 7 And when the girl-child that was buried alive is asked 8 For what sin she was slain, 9 and when the scrolls of (men's) deeds shall be unfolded, 10 And when the heaven is torn away. 11 and when the blazing fire [of hell] is kindled bright, 12 And when Paradise is brought near, 13 [on that Day] every human being will come to know what he has prepared [for himself]. 14 So by oath of those that revolve. (The planets.) 15 And by the planets that move swiftly and hide themselves, 16 And by the night as it closes in 17 and the morn as it softly breathes: 18 truly this is the word of a noble Messenger 19 The mighty, the honoured in the presence of the Lord of the Throne. 20 Obeyed and worthy there of trust. 21 (O people of Makkah), your companion is not mad; 22 he truly beheld him [the angel] on the clear horizon. 23 nor does he grudge (conveying this knowledge about) the Unseen; 24 Nor is it the word of the cursed Shaitan, 25 So where are you going? 26 This is merely a reminder to all mankind; 27 for whosoever of you who would go straight; 28 And ye shall not will unless it be that Allah, the Lord of the worlds, willeth. 29

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
