The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

The Striking Calamity - 1 What is the startling calamity? 2 And what will explain to thee what the (Day) of Noise and Clamour is? 3 The day that men shall be like scattered moths, 4 and the mountains like tufts of carded wool. 5 Then, the one whose good deeds weigh heavy on the scales, 6 Will be in a life of good pleasure and satisfaction. 7 And for one whose scales prove light, 8 his shall be the deep pit for a dwelling. 9 And what could make thee conceive what that [abyss] will be? 10 A fire hotly burning! 11
