Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Elephant (Al-Feel) before People (Al-Naas)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

SAY: "I seek refuge with the Sustainer of the rising dawn, 1 From the evil of that which He created; 2 And from the evil of the utterly dark night when it comes, 3 “And from the evil of the witches who blow into knots.” 4 And from the mischief of the envious one as he practises envy. 5

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
