The Heifer (Al-Baqarah)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Alif. Lam. Mim. 1 This is the exalted Book (the Qur’an), in which there is no place for doubt; a guidance for the pious. 2 Who believe in the Unseen, are steadfast in prayer, and spend out of what We have provided for them; 3 And who believe in that which hath been sent down unto thee and that which hath been sent down before thee and of the Hereafter they are convinced. 4 Such people are on the right way from their Lord and such are truly successful. 5 Those who disbelieve, whether you forewarn them or not, they will not believe. 6 Allah hath sealed their hearing and their hearts, and on their eyes there is a covering. Theirs will be an awful doom. 7
