Verily the God-fearing shall be amidst gardens and springs. 45 "Enter in peace and tranquility," (they will be told). 46 We shall cleanse their hearts of all traces of ill-will; they will be like brethren seated on couches facing one another. 47 No fatigue will touch them therein, nor from it will they [ever] be removed. 48 ۞ Inform My bondmen that undoubtedly, I surely am the Oft-Forgiving, the Most Merciful. 49 and that My punishment is a painful one. 50 Tell them of Abraham's guests. 51 When they entered unto him, and said: Salaman (peace)! [Ibrahim (Abraham)] said: "Indeed! We are afraid of you." 52 They said: Be not afraid, surely we give you the good news of a boy, possessing knowledge. 53 He said: bear ye me glad tidings when old age hath touched me? of what then ye bear me glad tidings? 54 "We have given you the happy tidings of a truth," they replied. "So do not be one of those who despair." 55 [Abraham] exclaimed: "And who - other than those who have utterly lost their way - could ever abandon the hope of his Sustainer's grace?" 56 Messengers, what is your task?" 57 They said: "We have been sent to a people (deep) in sin, 58 Only the family of Lot will all be saved, 59 But not his wife; we have decreed that she will be of those staying behind. 60
