Yet man says: "When I am dead, will I come to life again?" 66 Does not man remember that We created him before, while he was nothing? 67 And, by thy Lord, verily We shall assemble them and the devils, then We shall bring them, crouching, around hell. 68 Then shall We certainly drag out from every sect all those who were worst in obstinate rebellion against (Allah) Most Gracious. 69 And certainly We know best those who are most worthy of being burned therein. 70 It is the inevitable decree of your Lord that every one of you will be taken to hell. 71 Then We shall deliver those that were godfearing; and the evildoers We shall leave there, hobbling on their knees. 72 And when Our clear verses are recited to them, the disbelievers say to the Muslims, “Which group has a better home, and a better alliance?” 73 And how many a generation (past nations) have We destroyed before them, who were better in wealth, goods and outward appearance? 74 Say: "Ar-Rahman extends the life of those who are astray until they come to realise what had been promised them was either (physical) affliction or (the terror) of Resurrection. Then will they know who is worse in position, and who is weak in supporters. 75 And God endows those who avail themselves of [His] guidance with an ever-deeper consciousness of the right way; and good deeds, the fruit whereof endures forever, are, in thy Sustainer's sight, of far greater merit [than any worldly goods,] and yield far better returns. 76 Hast thou seen him who disbelieveth in Our revelations and saith: Assuredly I shall be given wealth and children? 77 Has he peeped into the Unknown, or obtained a promise from Ar-Rahman? 78 No! We will record what he says and extend for him from the punishment extensively. 79 And We will inherit him [in] what he mentions, and he will come to Us alone. 80 And they have taken gods besides Allah, that they should be to them a source of strength; 81 But they shall reject their worship and turn against them. 82
