Have you not seen how those who dispute the signs of God are turned away? 69 Those who deny the Book and that with which We sent Our messengers - they are going to know, 70 When the shackles are around their necks and the chains; they will be dragged 71 into boiling water, then, into the Fire they shall be poured. 72 Then it will be said to them: "Where are (all) those whom you used to join in worship as partners 73 Besides Allah? They shall say: They are gone away from us, nay, we used not to call upon anything before. Thus does Allah confound the unbelievers. 74 that is because you exulted in the land without justification and because you behaved insolently. 75 Enter the gates of hell to abide therein, evil then is the abode of the proud. 76 So be patient [Prophet], for God's promise is true: whether We show you part of what We have promised them in this life, or cause you to die first, it is to Us that they will be recalled. 77 Verily We sent messengers before thee, among them those of whom We have told thee, and some of whom We have not told thee; and it was not given to any messenger that he should bring a portent save by Allah's leave, but when Allah's commandment cometh (the cause) is judged aright, and the followers of vanity will then be lost. 78
