▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 3 of 3
But for him who feareth the standing before his Lord there are two gardens. 46 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 47 [two gardens] of many wondrous hues. 48 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 49 In both of them, there are two springs flowing. 50 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 51 Wherein is every kind of fruit in pairs. 52 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 53 (The dwellers of Paradise) will recline on couches lined with silk brocade and it will be easy to reach the ripe fruits from the two gardens. 54 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 55 Therein are maidens of modest gaze, whom neither a man nor a jinn had ever touched before them. 56 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 57 (In beauty) they are like rubies and coral. 58 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 59 Is the reward of goodness aught save goodness? 60 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 61 And besides these two, there are two other Gardens (i.e. in Paradise). 62 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 63 green, green pastures -- 64 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 65 In these there will also be two springs gushing forth. 66 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 67 In them are fruits, palm trees and pomegranates. 68 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 69 In the midst of these will be maidens, good and comely. 70 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 71 Fair ones, close-guarded in pavilions - 72 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 73 Whom neither a man or jinn had ever touched before them. 74 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 75 Reclining on green cushions and fair carpets. 76 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 77 Blessed be the name of thy Lord, Mighty and glorious! 78

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
