They ask you regarding the mountains; proclaim, “My Lord will blow them into bits and scatter them.” 105 Then leave it a plain, smooth level 106 “In which you shall neither see ups nor downs.” 107 On that day they will follow their caller without deviation. Their voices will be low in the presence of the Beneficent God. You will hear nothing but the tread of the marching feet. 108 On that Day intercession shall not avail save of him whom the Most Compassionate Lord permits, and whose word of intercession is pleasing to Him. 109 He knows what (appears to His creatures as) before or after or behind them: but they shall not compass it with their knowledge. 110 ۞ Faces will be humble before the Everlasting and the Self-existing God. Despair will strike those who are loaded with the burden of injustice. 111 But he who works deeds of righteousness, and has faith, will have no fear of harm nor of any curtailment (of what is his due). 112 That is why We have sent it down as an eloquent Qur'an, and explained in different ways the intimidations through it that they may haply take heed, or perhaps it may lead them to contemplate. 113 Then High above all be Allah, the True King. And be not in haste (O Muhammad SAW) with the Quran before its revelation is completed to you, and say: "My Lord! Increase me in knowledge." 114 And We had already taken a promise from Adam before, but he forgot; and We found not in him determination. 115
