We have built the heaven with might, and We it is Who make the vast extent (thereof). 47 And We have spread out the (spacious) earth: How excellently We do spread out! 48 And of everything We have created pairs, that you may remember (the Grace of Allah). 49 Therefore, flee to Allah. I am a clear warner to you from Him. 50 Do not set up another god, along with God. I come from Him to warn you plainly. 51 Thus has it been (in the past): never did a Messenger come to the nations that preceded them but they said: “(He is) a sorcerer, or a mad-man.” 52 Have they inherited such dealings with the Prophets from their predecessors or are they a rebellious people? 53 Then turn your back upon them for you are not to blame; 54 yet go on reminding [all who would listen]: for, verily, such a reminder will profit the believers. 55 I created the jinn and humans for nothing else but that they may serve Me; 56 I seek no sustenance from them, nor do I want them to feed Me -- 57 it is God who is the great Sustainer, the Mighty One, the Invincible. 58 For the Wrong-doers, their portion is like unto the portion of their fellows (of earlier generations): then let them not ask Me to hasten (that portion)! 59 Woe to the disbelievers when the day with which they have been threatened comes! 60
