So I swear by whatsoever you see, 38 And that which ye see not. 39 that this is the speech of an honourable Messenger, 40 and is not - however little you may [be prepared to] believe it - the word of a poet; 41 Nor the word of a soothsayer; little do you remember. 42 It is a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 43 And if he [i.e., the Prophets] had forged this Discourse and thereafter ascribed it to Us, 44 We would indeed have seized him by his right hand, 45 And then certainly should have cut off his life artery (Aorta), 46 And not one of you would have been able to stop (Us). 47 And lo! it is a warrant unto those who ward off (evil). 48 And indeed We know that some among you are deniers. 49 And verily it shall be an occasion of anguish unto the infidels. 50 And indeed, it is the truth of certainty. 51 So glorify your Lord, the most supreme. 52
