The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

By the (steeds) that run, with panting (breath), 1 by the strikers of fire, 2 And push home the charge in the morning, 3 Raising clouds of dust, 4 And cleaving their way therein into the host, 5 That man is ungrateful to his Lord 6 And indeed, he is to that a witness. 7 And is intractable in his love of worldly goods. 8 ۞ But does he not know that when the contents of the graves are scattered 9 And that within the breasts is obtained, 10 their Lord will examine his deeds? 11

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
