Al-Nesaa 5 of 24
God wishes to explain things to you and guide you to the ways of those who have gone before you and to turn to you in mercy. God is all knowing and all wise. 26 He wishes to turn towards you in mercy, but those who follow their own passions want you to drift far away from the right path. 27 Allah would make the burden light for you, for man was created weak. 28 O you who believe! do not devour your property among yourselves falsely, except that it be trading by your mutual consent; and do not kill your people; surely Allah is Merciful to you. 29 And whosoever doth that in transgression - and wrong, presently We shall roast him in Fire; and with Allah that is ever easy. 30 If you keep away from the deadly sins that have been forbidden, We shall efface your faults, and lead you to a place of honour. 31 Do not wish for the bounty which Allah has preferred one of you above another. For men is a share of what they earn, and for women is a share of what they earn. Ask Allah of His Bounty. Allah has knowledge of all things. 32 And to every one We have appointed heirs of what parents and near relatives leave; and as to those with whom your rights hands have ratified agreements, give them their portion; surely Allah is a witness over all things. 33
