Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
Ya Seen. 1 and the Quran, the Book of wisdom, 2 thou art truly among the Envoys 3 pursuing a straight way 4 This is a revelation of the Mighty, the Merciful. 5 In order that thou mayest admonish a people, whose fathers had received no admonition, and who therefore remain heedless (of the Signs of Allah). 6 The Word has been realised against most of them, yet they do not believe. 7 We have put fetters around their necks which reach up to their chins so that they are standing with their heads upright, 8 and We have put before them a barrier and behind them a barrier; and We have covered them, so they do not see. 9 It is the same to them whether you warn them or you warn them not, they will not believe. 10 You should only warn those who follow the Quran and have fear of the Beneficent God without seeing Him. Give them the glad news of their receiving forgiveness and an honorable reward (from God). 11 Surely, it is We who revive the dead and write down what they have forwarded and what they have left behind; We have counted everything in a Clear Book. 12
