The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

I CALL TO witness the chargers, snorting, rushing to battle before the others, 1 and produce sparks 2 And push home the charge in the morning, 3 and raising clouds of dust, 4 Then penetrate to the centre of the enemy army. 5 Truly man is, to his Lord, ungrateful; 6 And is himself witness to it, 7 And verily, he is violent in the love of wealth. 8 ۞ But does he not know that when the contents of the graves are scattered 9 and all that is in the hearts is made public, 10 indeed, on that Day their Lord will be aware of them! 11

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
