To Allah belongs the Kingdom in the heavens and the earth. On the Day when the Hour comes, those who disbelieved shall be the losers. 27 You will see every people on their knees, every people shall be summoned to its Record [and a voice will say], "Today you will be requited for your deeds. 28 "This Our Record speaks about you with truth: For We were wont to put on Record all that ye did." 29 Then as to those who believed and did good, their Lord will make them enter into His mercy; that is the manifest achievement. 30 But those who rejected the truth [will be asked], "When My revelations were recited to you, were you not arrogant and did you not persist in wicked deeds? 31 “And when it was said, ‘Indeed Allah’s promise is true and there is no doubt regarding the Last Day”, you used to say, ‘We do not know what the Last Day is – we think it is nothing except an imagination, and we are not convinced.’” 32 And the evil deeds that they have done shall appear to them, and they shall be encompassed by that they mocked at. 33 And [the word] will be spoken: "Today We shall be oblivious of you as you were oblivious of the coming of this your Day [of Judgment]; and so your goal is the fire, and you shall have none to succour you: 34 You reached this end because you made Allah's Signs an object of jest and the life of the world deluded you.” So they shall not be taken out of the Fire nor shall they be asked to make amends (and thus please their Lord). 35 Then praise be to Allah, Lord of the heavens and Lord of the earth, the Lord of the Worlds. 36 And His alone is the Majesty in the heavens and the earth, and He is the Mighty, the Wise. 37
