But nay, I swear by all that you can see 38 as well as all that you cannot see: 39 Most surely, it is the Word brought by an honored Apostle, 40 It is not the speech of a poet little do you believe 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer. Little is it that you reflect! 42 It has been sent down by the Lord of all the worlds. 43 And if the messenger were to invent any sayings in Our name, 44 We assuredly had taken him by the right hand 45 and would indeed have cut his life-vein, 46 and not one of you would have been able to withhold Us from doing so. 47 And lo! it is a warrant unto those who ward off (evil). 48 And indeed We know that some among you are deniers. 49 yet, behold, this [rejection] will indeed become a source of bitter regret for all who deny the truth [of God's revelation] 50 Certainly it is a Truth of absolute certainty. 51 So glorify your Lord, the most supreme. 52
